LEMON SORBET: RECIPE AND BENEFITS

LEMON SORBET
RECIPE:
Lemon juice,200ml (above half a class cup)
Sugar 200grms
Eggs 2(white only)
METHODS
Squeeze out the juice from the lemon
Use sieve to remove the chaff
Put the juice in a pot to heat and add your sugar stir and allow to boil a little and bring down to cool
Whisk your egg white until it it foams
Add it to the lemon juice and mix thoroughly
when mix thoroughly turn it into the ice cream machine cover it and place it into the refrigerator for an hour while the mixer is on (machine)

2. Lemon juice helps in clearing out toxins from the body, thus helps in cleansing.
